These terms apply to use of the PrimeLeads website and to initial enquiries submitted through the site. Commercial partner terms are confirmed separately before any paid lead delivery starts.
Website use
The information on this website is general information about PrimeLeads and our lead-generation process. It is not a guarantee of lead volume, sales outcomes, conversion rates or customer acquisition cost.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information or use it for unlawful purposes.
Test-batch requests
Submitting a request does not create a paid engagement. We review each request and confirm fit, vertical, target locations, qualification criteria, expected volume, fixed CPL and delivery method before launch.
We may decline a request if the vertical, geography, compliance requirements or expected economics are not a suitable fit.
Lead quality and replacement
A qualified lead must match the agreed criteria for service, location, contactability, consent, timeframe and any stated exclusions.
Invalid leads, duplicate records, bad numbers and leads outside the agreed criteria are reviewed. Where confirmed invalid under the agreed criteria, they are replaced or credited according to the partner terms.
No guarantees
Lead generation depends on market demand, campaign performance, vertical competition, offer quality and follow up speed. We do not guarantee that any lead will become a paying customer.
